ValkPitched Corrugated Plate Bracket

Attaching the ValkPitched system to corrugated iron roofs, in addition to the traditional way using stick screws, is now also possible by using corrugated iron brackets. The advantage of the corrugated plate bracket is that it can be attached using the corrugated plates' pre-existing attachment points.

The corrugated plate bracket consists of a plastic and aluminum part. The plastic part consists of a flexible rubber, which fits accurately to the radius of the corrugation and provides a watertight seal. Thanks to the flexibility and thickness of the plastic part, small unevenness of the wave can be well absorbed. On top of the flexible plastic part, an aluminum corner bracket is placed with a special curve in the bottom, which ensures a strong and solid connection with the roof screw. The aluminum part is equipped with a pre-mounted hammer head bolt, to which the Side++ profile can be mounted quickly and easily.

The corrugated plate bracket is suitable for application on existing and new corrugated plate roofs. The corrugated plate bracket combines perfectly with the Side++ profiles of the ValkPitched Clamp system.

In case the corrugated plate bracket cannot be fastened with the existing corrugated plate bolts, it is possible to replace them with "oversized" corrugated plate bolts part no: 774390
