Sales office
For our Sales Department we are looking for a Commercial employee
who loves challenges and growth. In this role you will be the focal point for customer relations and sales processes. You will be responsible for building on existing and new relationships through cold acquisition, communication with customers, understanding what a customer needs and ensuring a good sales process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Following up on sales leads
- Maintaining commercial relationships with existing and new customers
- Up and cross selling
- Making and following up offers and orders
- The neat handling of complaints and questions of our customers
- Ensuring the customer journey and optimal service
Your profile
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level
- Around two years experience in a commercial function on the office floor
- Technical and/or product knowledge in PV systems is an advantage
- You are someone with a lot of energy and naturally commercially driven
- A good knowledge of the Dutch language, English is an advantage
- Preferably available full-time, but at least four days
