Shipping costs

All orders from €250,- will be delivered for free within the Netherlands, with the exception of the Wadden Islands.

For all orders with an order value of less than €250,- €45,- transport costs will be charged.

For the delivery of our products, VDH Solar works together with Dobbe transport and UPS.

Delivery by Dobbe transport is on the indicated delivery date between 08.00 and 18.00 unless a timed delivery has been requested.

After your order has been processed and picked up, you will receive an e-mail via Dobbe with the status of your delivery and an expected delivery time.

Someone has to be present to receive the goods.



If you have ordered too much or ordered the wrong products, you can return them by filling in the general RMA form.

Conditions for returning wrong or overordered products:

  • The buyer is obliged to check the delivered products immediately upon receipt. Any defects found must be reported to VDH Solar within 48 hours;
  • Urgent delivery of your products is only possible if you have notified VDH Solar of any defects within 24 hours after receipt of the products;
  • Returning products is only possible if the product is still in its unopened & original packaging, the product has not been used or damaged, and you are in possession of the original purchase invoice­;
  • Costs for returning a product are 25% of the order amount with a minimum of €75,-. This includes transport costs up to an EURO/Block pallet.
